"Don't understand the point of this company if you don't actually support people in their worst state of mental health and crisis. Cut them off for nothing but trying to advocate for themselves and get more help. Things need to be re-evaluated here because you don't quite understand your own company. Pretty sad you don't actually care about the safety or mental health of your clients."
"We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and thanks to Karin King who went above and beyond to get Mum approved for the NDIS. It took over a year due to NDIS repeatedly requesting more and more evidence, through countless appointments with physios, neurologists, specialists which Karin drove mum to- but she got mum there in the end with her patience and resilience. She is throughly professional, punctual and above all a very down-to-earth and warm-hearted person who is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please give her a promotion!!! She is an indispensable asset to your organisation. Thank you Karin!!!!"
