We offer holistic and best practice individual and small group services both in your home and in our rooms at Frankston. Our services cater to clients, their families, and service providers across Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Bayside districts, and surrounding areas.

Since our establishment in September 2020, we have had an exciting and rewarding journey. We have built positive relationships with numerous local clients and exceptional service providers. Our services are available for seniors, adults, teenagers, and some young children, with referrals from Aged Care, DVA, and Medicare.

Our principal Occupational Therapist, Vivienne, brings years of experience working with aged care, disability, psycho-social, and pediatric clients. She has worked in various settings, including hospitals, community health, specialist disability agencies, schools, and private practice. Vivienne shares an office with a Clinical Psychologist, allowing for collaboration and exceptional outcomes for our clients. Our goal is to provide you with the support you need on your journey towards self-discovery, utilizing your strengths and resources, and achieving greater independence.

Being a part of the local community is important to us, and we are dedicated to assisting you in being your best in your daily activities and environments. Whether it's at home, work, school, during leisure time, or in the community, our Occupational Therapists specialize in helping you identify your skills and facilitating ways for you to achieve your goals. We use assessments, meaningful activities, environmental modifications, specialized equipment, and adapted techniques to enhance your capacity to utilize your talents, regardless of your age or circumstances. Our aim is to help you find joy, peace, freedom, independence, and meaningful interaction with others.

For our senior clients, whether living in the community, receiving care packages, or in residential care, we provide comprehensive and caring services. We welcome DVA and Medicare referrals and offer interventions such as falls prevention strategies, recommendations for home modifications, assistance with specialized home and mobility equipment selection, and end-of-life support services. We work closely with you, your family, and your service providers to ensure a prompt, reliable, and timely service.

If you are an NDIS-funded client, we offer Functional Capacity Evaluations, Home Modification and Equipment Needs Assessments, Reports, and Recommendations. Our therapy programs are designed to help you achieve your lifestyle and recovery goals in areas such as personal care, community access, home management, leisure, and work participation. We are also happy to develop habit and routine training programs and welcome referrals from group homes for individual referrals, group support, and education for carers.

In addition, we offer therapeutic drumming for teenagers and the young at heart! Our Occupational Therapist and Clinical Psychologist also provide education for staff at group homes, community service agencies, and aged care facilities. These educational packages can be tailored to suit the needs of your agency and staff, covering topics such as practical empathic communication skills, destressing, relaxation and self-care, burnout and support, effective teamwork, and recognizing boundaries for optimal care.
