Please note that we have a session fee policy in place for cancelled or not attended appointments. We kindly ask for 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. In case of emergencies, we may waive the session fee charge at our discretion. However, if three sessions in your treatment plan are cancelled without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to withdraw your treatment. We will discuss any concerns with you prior to taking such action. Please keep track of your appointment times and notify us if you are unable to attend.
