"Dr Patel is fantastic, the best doctor I’ve ever had. That’s the good. The bad is that the surgery tries to squeeze money out of you right, left and centre. It’s quite unethical. Charging people for a quick call about blood test results and $102 just to get a repeat prescription via Telehealth is disgraceful. It’s alll just a crude money-making machine."
"Not the service it once was. We became patients shortly after the practice opened on 2018. For the first few years it offered a fantastic service - the ability to see the same doctor, regular “health maintenance” text reminders when it was time for flu jabs, bloodwork, etc. Now it feels like it’s a revolving door (with the exception of Michael and Tori) and we no longer get reminders for those regular “maintenance” appointments."

"I have been attending Tailored Medical Group on a regular basis for 18 months since recovering from a major car accident. I can not recommend the doctors and nurses highly enough at this clinic. I have been seeing Dr Michael Tailor and Nurse Tory Pike and their support has been a crucial part of my recovery. I have also seen other GPs from the service and they have been extremely thorough. The entire team have truly gone above and beyond to ensure that I feel supported every step of the way. The reception staff are also extremely friendly and will always attempt to get you in as soon as possible when calling on short notice. Give them a go! You won’t be disappointed"
