We are proud to have certified practitioners who specialize in Women's and Men's Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, as well as Physiolates, which is a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates. Our team is also trained in Mindfulness and GLA:D, a program designed to improve symptoms of Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis (OA).
Each of our physiotherapists brings their own unique expertise and qualifications to the table. Erica, for example, holds a Bachelor's degree and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy Practice. Mielikki graduated with Honours from Monash University, and Esther started her career as a mobile physio working with seniors. Bridy and Michelle are also highly experienced physiotherapists who have completed their degrees at renowned universities.
In addition to our services, we are proud to be a partner of BIG1 Business for Good Giving. "My son made an appointment by calling them, received a reminder text the day before. Turned up on the day only for my son to be told there was no appointment for him. I went in and asked for an explanation as to why there was no appointment, when he had spoken to someone to book it and received a text reminder. I was told by the receptionist that she could see that a reminder text had been sent but basically said there was nothing they could do and there no one to see my son. At no stage was there any offer to help to see what they could do to help. They couldn't even explain how an appointment could be moved 10 days back, especially when a person made the booking. My advice is to avoid at all costs. Even when the practice manager called me, all they kept saying was they pride themselves on customer service. Never was the question asked "how can we fix this." Glad we found someone that has helped!"
