Welcome to Rx Myotherapy, located at 63 McDougall Road in Sunbury, Australia. My name is Caitlin Gale, and I am a qualified Myotherapist and the driving force behind this institution.

My journey began in a humble back garage, where I used to run small boot camp exercise classes to help my friends improve their health and well-being. Armed with just a pair of rusty dumbbells and a passion for fitness, we would gather together and engage in sweat-inducing sessions.

Fast forward 10 years, and I now operate a thriving business upstairs in a CrossFit gym. My focus is on assisting clients in managing injuries, chronic or acute pain, and general body fatigue. I possess a deep understanding and fascination with human movement, which I utilize in my treatments. Every individual is unique, and I relish the challenges that clients sometimes present to me.

My treatments are centered around reducing pain in the musculoskeletal system, employing a holistic approach that combines massage, cupping, dry needling, and tailored exercises that can be performed at home - whether or not you have access to a pair of rusty dumbbells.
