If you wished to switch from here, there is no medical history offered. If you misplace your prescription for whatever reason, no prescription will be supplied."

"My wife was getting her treatment done from Dr Lauren Saunders this was the worst treatment we ever had from any doctor in general. She was always rude when we asked her questions and never completely explained the medication process and dosages and whenever it was time for my wife to book a appointment for ultrasound that was done once a month it was almost impossible to book her either she was not available or was full booked that would result in wasting the precious time of her ovulation process. My wife was given a medication by her and she failed to mention her how much dosage was to be taken even the prescriptions didn’t have any dosage. We called the clinic to ask about the dosage but they said they will ask Dr Lauren and get back to us but they never got back to us. Every time we have to get prescription she would ask us to book a appointment for 2 min we had to wait 1 -2 weeks for the appointment just to get prescription during the appointment she would only give ask us do you want to continue medication and then issue prescription and charge use $250 every time. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone."

"Dr Tan was THE miracle worker. She is patient, gentle and non judgemental; her calm demeanour helped us overcome our fertility treatment rollercoaster journey. We were never rushed in any of our appointments and we always felt supported emotionally when cycles didn’t work out. She is also very skilled and gentle with uncomfortable internal scans and overall body checks, in the course of our fertility journey I’ve had many internal scans with various other doctors and sonographers, however Dr Tan was by far the most gentle. We just celebrated our sons 1st birthday and we can’t rate Dr Tan highly enough. Thank you so much Dr Tan!"
