"This clinic is run by RMIT to allow the students to get experience treating the general public. However, this does not mean that the standard is any less. All students are supervised by a qualified clinician and the level of care and treatment provided is very high at a fraction of the price externally. I would recommend the clinic especially the Chinese medicine one."
"DO NOT go to the Psychology Clinic for cheaper treatment. They will get you to sign up, then their admin will fall through and you will never know when to hear from them again. This is not safe for anyone with any serious mental health issues for ongoing treatment. The bureaucracy of their admin/IT system is not designed to meet the needs of the public."
"Been going here for nearly 20 years& all been great until today. Covid protocols are over the top, students couldn't talk face to face with clinicians ( had to do it by zoom ), lots of sitting around waiting & everything was back & forth & nobody there to teach or guide the students. I had to be reacessed because it was over 6 months due to clinic closing for Covid so knew it would be longer but i ended up walking out without having any treatment after being told i would have treatment when making the appointment. They need to streamline it alot better if they want to run the clinic properly & actually teach the students. Students were great but things need to improve"
"I have not had Accupuncture for years and then remembered why? And I remembered that I use to see a Chiropractor for years for same problem. Then saw Acupuncturist and fixed and forgot. Now I have a couple of new problems so with this clinic being so cheap and also giving future practitioners the experience. I think it's a good thing. The staff and students are great. After my first session the next day I certainly felt a surge of new energy, so just had second shot and see how it goes. The only down side is unless you really book in advance a different practitioner will be allocated, but on the other hand a great side of this is seeing who has what sort of talent for this kind of work, and if you find one who really does the trick, well maybe you could follow them once they open there own business. I have now given the Osteo a go, I have never had it before and gone to the Physiotherapist which I haven't found that great, but the Osteo comes from more of different angle , I would say my Sciatica caused from a broken leg which had twisted the pelvis is right on, that's how they are looking at it, and I have had positive results in 4 days I have had this Sciatica going now for about 4 months it just usually last about a week.for the last one I years. I hope that all made sense. Thumbs up to support this place, they are producing well qualified health practitioners."
"Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Chinese Medicine and Psychology students in their final years practising at the clinic under supervision of industry professionals. Very friendly staff and students that provide good service! Treatment is fantastic and at the same time one is able to help the students gain further experience in their respective fields."
