"We put our 1948 ford popular ute in with Mibac on the 1/08/22 because it was running rough. After 3.5 months I decided to go down there as we had not received an update phone call at all by this stage only to be told he didn’t know the guys details that he gave the carby to because he wasn’t happy with the work they did. So after giving him attitude about his lack of service we finally got our car back today the 29/11/22. My wife went to pick it up and the rude owner made her drive it out of the workshop and just gave her the bill. In my opinion I wouldn’t take my push bike in for him to fix. Very unprofessional"
"17 yo son got worst case scenario quote 6 grand for engine rebuild. Cost 7 grand. No call to let us know of increase just magically appeared on reciept. Increase again on vehicle pick up. Asked for engine warranty but apparently not done in the industry anymore. Mr Hornbuckle in my opinion acted smug, unavailable and deceitful during this regretful process."
