Please don't appoint rude and unfriendly people at the customer service with your quality products. They could make significant damage to your company."
"Disappointing service for a third time here. Walked around and was literally ignored looking for 1 product. I overheard young staff discussing their night out which was annoying because they were not serving me. A young guy walked in and got immediate service which made me more frustrated. When I finally chased down some service the young girl knew absolutely nothing about the range of products. Honestly some training and education towards better customer service would go a long way. The mature staff member was flat out doing everything and was awesome but the team dynamic really lacked."
