"booked car in for oil change and replace indicator bulb LH front - i supplied the bulb. Dropped car off early in the morning - they rang back a few hrs later saying they had finished doing oil change but couldn't remove indicator bulb. They said item was stuck and I would need to take to electrian as I might need a new housing for indicator bulb. I was stunned as my car is not old or rusty. I mention this to a co worker who went out and removed my indicator light he did say it was stuck but he squirted WD40 around socket and this freed up the bulb - job done. I will not go back to this place, will find another Ultra tune somewhere else."

"I needed a major 160000 log book service for my Kluger Grande, which included all fluids, filters etc. I was worried as the last time I had the same service done on my previous Kluger the mob who did it had no idea how to remove the petrol filter and took a week to repair the damage to the interior and the petrol tank they caused. Anyway, Ultra Tune Ipswich had the job done in a few hours and rang and said the front brakes were getting down, I knew they had never been replaced before, so I said do all 4. The cost of all that was much less than what Toyota had quoted for just the service. Now that's real customer service from Ultratune so even though it's a fair drive to Ipswich from home it's worth it to know my car is in good hands. And there are lots of great cafes in Ipswich CBD to visit to fill in a few hours whilst waiting. I noticed a couple of classic cars there having work done, so I reckon enthusiasts know where to go."
