About the Business
Welcome to AMIGA Montessori Cranbourne North, a leading educational institution located at 2 Arbourlea Boulevard in Cranbourne North, Australia.
At AMIGA Montessori, we follow the Montessori method of teaching, which was developed by Dr. Maria Montessori in 1907. Dr. Montessori's educational approach is based on scientific observations of children's natural learning tendencies and their inherent willingness to learn in prepared environments.
Our institution is designed to provide a nurturing and enriching environment where children can freely choose from a range of developmentally appropriate activities. Driven by the belief that children learn best when they are actively engaged in their own learning process, we empower our students to explore their own interests and passions at their own pace.
The core of the AMIGA Montessori method lies in creating a prepared environment that allows children's imagination to thrive without clutter or overload. Our classrooms are thoughtfully arranged with carefully selected materials and activities that encourage independent exploration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Our dedicated team of educators is passionate about guiding and supporting each child's unique learning journey. With a focus on fostering independence, self-discipline, and a love for learning, we aim to create a solid foundation for our students' future academic and personal success.
Located in the vibrant community of Cranbourne North, our institution is a point of interest for families seeking an educational experience that goes beyond traditional teaching methods. We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our programs, facilities, and the benefits of a Montessori education.
Join us at AMIGA Montessori Cranbourne North, where children's natural curiosity and love for learning are nurtured, and their imaginations are free to soar.

"Not very fan of this place no customer services skills and a bit of indifference from staff. You get the sense they don’t really care about the kids but more a job to pay the bills. No thorough or kids atmosphere. My child wasn’t happy in there at all always sad when pick up."
"I have read some of the reviews and was not sure if their children really attended Amiga CN as our experience with them was amazing. Amiga Montessori Cranbourne North can be recommended as one of the best as my daughter been to couple of centres before joined Amiga and never seen her so happy and urged to go there every morning. The quality of the education she received while she was at Amiga was amazing and helping her a lot at school as she now in prep and really easy for us to help her every time when they have remote learning. The teachers are dedicated to the children's education and development and always approachable when we need to discuss regarding our daughter. We love you Amiga Cranbourne North.. Keep up your fabulous work.."
"My grand children love going to the Amiga Montessori Cranbourne North and never seen them so happy to go there everyday. The teachers are very friendly and professional and always make us feel welcome every time we go there. Both my grand children love and respect their teachers and teach us everything they learnt at Montessori when they come home with lots of great stories. They also get a healthy meal during the day and my grand daughter always talks about the food she eats. I would recommend Amiga Montessori Cranbourne North to anyone who's looking for quality care and a great learning environment."
"Teachers at this centre are barely responsive to issues of fighting and bullying at the centre. Kids come home distressed and confused at how bullying behaviours are allowed to continue unaddressed. Their approach and their policies also seem to totally contradict the Maria Montessori way. AMIGA is a franchise owned by someone who doesn't even have a teaching/early childhood education degree - how can the education be properly informed? Montessori diplomas should complement university qualifications, not replace them. As a parent, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere."
"I'm surprised by the other reviews because my experience with AMIGA Montessori Cranbourne North has been incredible. I currently send both of my kids there, one who is a child with special needs. The team there has been very accommodating to my sons extra needs which includes specialist visits from my son's therapists, food and feeding requirements with specialist equipment and much more. Guardian/parent with a child that has extra needs, knows how stressful it is to have others look after their kid's either than themselves. However, AMIGA Montessori Cranbourne North has made this transition as smoothly and easy as possible. With both my children, I am to communicate with their educators easily and without judgement. I would highly recommend this childcare for guardian/parents who want a peace of mind when it comes to their children's safety and needs."
