Convenience is key at our centre, as we are situated within a hub of services including a Maternal Child Health Family centre, Vermont South Library, Livingstone Primary School, and Vermont South Community House. Our building is nestled within a natural landscaped environment, providing a serene and inviting atmosphere for children to learn and play. All of our rooms open onto an expansive outdoor play space, allowing children to connect with nature, take risks in their play, and develop their social responsibility.

Our goal is to foster a love of learning and encourage the development of essential life skills.

Engaging with the community is an integral part of our service. We have an ongoing intergenerational program with Livingstone BlueCross, where children have the opportunity to interact with older adults and learn from their experiences. We also collaborate with Vermont South Library and organize regular Community Adventure Walks to further enrich the learning experiences of our children.

Nutrition is a priority for us, and we are committed to providing a diverse and nutritionally balanced menu for our children. Our meals engage the senses through a variety of textures, colors, and flavors. We cater to infants, cultural food preferences, and specific dietary requirements such as food allergies and medical conditions.

We operate Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 6.00pm, excluding public holidays. Our standard sessions are 11 hours long, catering to both part-time and full-time children. Additionally, we offer a 10-hour session option exclusively for full-time children. Please note that access to care is strictly between 8am and 6pm.

We understand that childcare costs can be a concern for families, which is why we want to inform you that the Child Care Subsidy may reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. For further information about eligibility, we recommend contacting Centrelink.
