Reviews
"We are Aldi regulars but not to the Alex Hills store ever again! An older lady on the till seemed to be fixated on going as fast as she could so that all our food got completely squashed. She could see we were struggling to keep up & we even said to one another to slow down and not feel pressured. We are not slow but she made no effort to align her pace with us. Very unapproachable & rude. Will not be returning because of this and the shelves were almost all empty. Not a good experience at all."
"Great aldi. I do have to do a U turn or two to get here but the staff are super quick at the register. Always well stocked. Good parking as well"
"bit disgusted came into aldi tonight as i do every week 3 times a week to buy my daily groceries as i do not have transportation i use my backpack to walk my stuff home i always offer then to look into my bag before i pack my stuff away tonight was a much bigger lady with an arm tattoo and before i could get a word out she was asking to search my very much deflated backpack i told her sure but i would pf liked a friendlier welcome as i always offer my backpack and to have such a rude and blunt woman even yellimg at me on my way out when i politely asked her to apologise or to have atleast said hello before rudely asking me to open my bag"
"Five stars today for the service provided in store by all staff in the Alexandra Hills store today (13/2/23) but particularly Miguel who assisted with a fresh produce (tomatoes) spill. I really appreciate the way you handled the situation so thoughtfully. Special mention to Laura also who was very friendly when assisting customers in store. You both are a credit to the store."
"Store & staff are great but the carpark is a very poor design. Currently has two way traffic in close quarters and should be made to behave as per Australian round about rules. All it would take is a little bit of extra white paint and to get rid of four counter clockwise arrows. Maybe a couple of signs too. Edit: Feb 2021. Even with the new store upgrade and a couple of extra car parks introduced, this carpark upgrade would still work very well to improve the conditions where the general common sense of a lot of drivers seems to fail at. Edit: Sept 2021. Really do need these changes to the carpark as people's awareness and attitude towards other drivers needs to be controlled."
