"Horrendous customer service! I said hello when I walked into the store and the girl at the counter just stared at me. Then as I went to pay for my items the 3 young girls just stood there chatting away at the counter not serving anyone. I was barely spoken to when the girl was putting through the sale, she offered no bag, and then I dropped everything in the car park. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced terrible customer service from them."
"Extremely rude young lady at the counter on 20th may at 2pm. Made no effort to say hello or goodbye or ask me how I'm doing, just silence and she gave me a really nasty and degrading look as I arrived at the check out. I heard a security call on the speakers earlier and you know I have no issue being sussed out, you's have a right to do so but what I do not appreciate is being served and treated like a thief when I get to the check out. I do NOT steal, if you don't catch someone stealing there and then, do not TREAT them like a thief. Absolutely disgraceful, I've been a regular at the deception bay choice store for years and yeah I doubt I'll be back at rothwell. That young girl needs a talking to."

I was especially blown away by Shyanne(apologies if I didn't spell it correctly) who went above & beyond in helping me with my hunt for the perfect fancy dress outfits for myself & my daughter.
