"If I could give minus stars I would. I had this company install my aircon and was told i'd receive an invoice and got nothing for MONTHS. I chased them up multiple times and they asked me to send pictures of what they had done and still nothing for another 6 months. I emailed and texted/called the person who installed their aircon and got ignored. about 1 whole year later they finally sent the invoice when I no longer had that money just sitting there. When I called to question this, they were so condescending and rude and just told me its not their problem, its mine and I will need to pay it straight away. I told them I wouldn't be doing that as I didn't have it just sitting there any longer and I told them they can wait a few weeks when I have that money again. The guy I spoke to over the phone tried to accuse me of not paying for a service and claimed I never made any contact to try and pay it over the year. This is literal JOKE of a company please NEVER go with them, even if Harvey Norman recommends it."

"Bought 2 air conditioning from Harvey Norman with advanced one promotion on installation, which was very cheap. I was prepared to pay even $2k for both units, but they showed up and provided a quote of $4.3k. Both units costed me $3.7k. So we cancelled. Please think twice before you go with them, they are extremely expensive."

"Purchased unit from Harvey Norman. Job was allocated and within 1 hour I had a call from Sam to say the installer would be there in 40 minutes. This was 2 days before Xmas. Pete turned up and worked non-stop for 5 hours in 30 degree heat. His boss Sam came and took the old unit away. Both men were very polite and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Had the guys down to replace an existing AC split system, they did such a great job I got them back a few weeks later to put another split system in another room. Professional, friendly and couldn't tell they'd been here when they left. Keep up the good work :-)"
