"My experience here was unfortunately not great. Although I have been a customer with Specsavers point Cook for a while now, my most recent experience in store was terrible. I had an incredibly rushed eye test and a not so great optometrist. Feeling unsatisfied, I decided to visit another popular name brand store for an eye test and they were surprised to know the optometrist at Specsavers failed to mention an additional test I should have had done (which would have been bulk billed anyway). Along with this, limited choices in frames and always pushing to make a purchase - I cannot in good faith recommend Specsavers."
