"Today (14/03/23) I went into the store not sure what I was looking for. The staff (as always) were super welcoming and friendly. I’ve had many struggles over the past few years and lost my sense of self. I’m slowly rediscovering it, and people like the staff on today truly make a difference in the journey. Today I felt very alone, but with the approach they had I almost felt like I was with a supportive best friend. Their kind nature, willingness to help all makes a huge difference for someone like me. "Each time that I’ve been into this store the staff have been nasty and passive aggressive. The last time I visited this store the two staff members that were there kept harassing my husband and I continuously. We both thought the experience was strange and uncomfortable so we left without purchasing anything. It’s a shame because the jeans at jay jays are awesome."
