"Had the worst experience at the Jacquie Indooroopilly store just now. The 2 older sales women there were standing so close to me ensuring ANYTHING I touched, they’d then ensure it was hung back properly. I felt so uncomfortable that it’s not a joke. I have been a long standing Jacquie customer but my experience today was really annoying. I even left the store saying “sorry I touched anything”!"

"I tried to get a refund for an item that a relative purchased for me. Unfortunately, I was served by a rude sales person wearing glasses who said a refund couldn't be processed unless the original buyer is in store. I have never had any issues trying to refund items in the past. I checked the Jacqui-E refund policy online which states: "You can return an item purchased online: 1. In any Jacqui E retail store in Australia; or By posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address. Jacqui E Online Returns & Exchanges 1 Roussos Place Truganina, VIC Australia 3029 2. Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments. 3. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Jacqui E." There's nothing on the website advising that the original buyer had to return the item. Also, I advised the staff I have the invoice and the credit card which was used to purchase the item online for the refund to be paid back into the card. The staff said to me "you are using someone else's card". According to the refund policy, the refund must be paid back using the method that was used to purchase the item. Therefore, I didn't appreciate the comment made by the staff. She was very rude, unprofessional, condescending and had appalling customer service. I hope other customers would encounter a better experience than me."
