"Just spent an hour trying to call 5 different times but as others have said every time you go in they're just talking to each other, letting the phones ring. Just now they seem to have hung up on me. Called back, they've hung up on me again. Tried two more times, hangs up every time. You're a medical clinic for gods sake. The booking system doesn't work for telehealth and I can't access it at all anyway since I changed my phone number. The receptionists, aka the first people you see when you walk through the door, really brings down the clinics image and they need retraining. Am I expected to just go in to make an appointment, coughing and throwing up?? *edited to say I just called somewhere with higher reviews... they answered straight away and the conversation lasted a minute. Your staff are incompetent."

"My experience at this Clinic has been positive. I understand that even though an appointment time is made, it is impossible to keep to that schedule due to individual patient need. My regular GP ALWAYS gave me the time I needed,. If I needed longer than 10 minutes I would book a double appointment in the hope she would not need to run behind because of my requirements. And as a result of her thorough care, I am still alive today. Thank you"

"It used to be a great clinic about 10 years ago. I've been going for years, but getting a telehealth or regular appt is a nightmare. Anywhere up to 30 minutes, wait no matter the time. Sometimes way longer. Some doctors and receptionists are great, but I am going elsewhere as this doesn't justify the last-minute booking charge and struggle to try and get a hold of someone to schedule appointments. I understand that the staff handle a lot of people and appreciate their hard work, but this shouldn't impact the quality of service to them."

"Everything is wrong with this superclinic. The receptionists are always extremely rude, to patients. I went in for a walk in appointment to be told they no longer do walk in appointments at the clinic. The time being on hold on the phone is ridiculous, waiting over an hour to make an appointment over the phone. And being told there was a consultation fee without being informed at time of booking, leaving me out of pocket when I’m a returning patient is not right. This place needs to do better. From my experience it sounds like the doctors have got their qualifications from the back of a cereal box. No wonder why our emergency departments are always full, because of clinics like this one who can’t answer a call or see patients. They give the worst advice. I will never return to this clinic again."

"Today i tried to call the Berwick clinic and was on hold for 27 minutes. Lucky I'm not an elderly person otherwise I would have had no choice but to call triple000, As there is no other way to make a booking but to download the app, which has horrible functionality... And I'm sure an elderly person would have struggled doing this. I think it's disgusting behaviour that a doctor's clinic basically forces their patients to book their appointments online. The business needs to review their practices as this is an absolute joke and I feel it's completely unacceptable"
