"Showed up on Monday for X-ray. Closed today!!! Rang 20minutes ago no answer. Parked the car & walked to reception. No X-rays done here!!! Why don’t you have that on website or on referral form. Feck there is a serious communication problem with this company."

"Terrible experience this morning !! I walked in as per my appt. for a spinal MRI . After filling in the forms , the person who presented to perform the MRI scan was rude to me and my partner!. Rather than helping to relieve the distress due to my severe back injury , she was unreasonably loud and so impatient as she mentioned she doesn't have time for us !!!! As being a pharmacist working in Healthcare for many years myself , this kind of attitude is totally unacceptable when it comes to deal with patients with serious illness!! I have decided to walk out as I literally have no reason to handle this as I can trust such people for a life changing decision while I could do this privately funded scan anywhere else!!!!"

"An hour and 35 minutes on hold, still no answer. Looking through other reviews, this is common practice. They mention 3 months ago their phones are being upgraded. They should at least offer a call back service because this is ridiculous. Something tells me even with a call back service, you would never hear back from them. Now I have to drive half an hour each way to make an appointment in person. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetence. I feel sorry for the poor receptionists who would have to deal with complaints all day."

"I was in utter disbelief at the way one of the receptionists spoke to me from the moment I reached the front of the line. I could hear she was frustrated already prior to dealing with me. She was rude, disrespectful and so unkind in the way she spoke to me. It was quite belittling. The other receptionist looked uncomfortable as she watched on. I spoke to her in a calm and kind tone the entire time thinking she’d change the way she addressed me but she was rude the entire time. Rolling her eyes, snatching the referral, making exaggerated sounds- just plain rude. For no reason. So disgusted by the treatment I received today. By the sounds of it with other reviews left this is an issue that has gone unaddressed for quite some time. Some people are just not made for customer service."

"I was booked in for an MRI, received a text message the day prior confirming my appointment. I arrived the next day to find out the clinic was closed, no one answered my phone calls and the website hadn’t been updated. There was also another older patient waiting outside. Very unprofessional and poor system. Inconvenienced me to a high level as I had taken the day off work specifically for this appointment. Please look into updating your website and practice better communication with patients especially via your text messages."
