"Terrible experience. Went for my bubs bcg vaccine. Booked it almost a month back as we were travelling internationally. Received a call back a day before for confirmation. When we were at the clinic we were told we dont administer bcg vaccines. Doctor was so apologetic. Pure lapse of comms from the admin team. Shameful."
