"Been coming to this Toyworld for a decade, trying to support local businesses. Not only did I recently get accused of shoplifting in their store as I was obviously holding my son's plush toy, but I also got refused a refund with no customer loyalty or respect as I didn't have a receipt. The lady wrapped the item I wanted to return a couple days prior and forced me to swap the item with other items instead of giving my money back, despite having proof of purchase on her computer. Money hungry and disrespectful. Not coming back despite years of shopping here."
"Have been going to this store since I was a child and have taken my own children in since they were little too. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes the prices may be a little more than department stores, however when you are paying for convenience and friendly, helpful service, it is worth it."
