"3 stars , and I am being generous due to the previous GOOD experiences I've had , especially with previous management and a few good staff members that have remained. I have been shopping here for over 20 years and have seen a lot of changes....some good. Plenty not so good !! Lost the butchers area , and when I asked the store manager about it I got the feeling he wasn't very interested in having the discussion. Just kept on loading up the apples whilst barely replying.!! The lady I believe is the assistant manager isn't much better....eating mandarins while stocking up loose oranges !! No sense of HACCP what so ever. Customer service has really gone down here . I have deliberately looked at them often as I pass them in the isle , waiting for a hello or at least some form of acknowledgement ...nothing... IGA Rowville really know how to treat their customers. Happy , willing to help and have wonderful management that are willing to engage with their customers. After all , isn't that what being in management is about ? Showing how to engage with your customers,????"

"A bigger Woolworths store, you will probably find most things here. A large fresh food section, and a decent variety of international foods. All the stock is back to normal. They also have a decent amount of self-service registers and staffed registers."

"Only go here coz it’s close to home. Love being judged and made to feel like a criminal each time I walk through the door. Manager needs to chill. There is a lovely girl on checkouts, Tayla. Deli needs more variety and to maybe rethink their hot chicken cook as mostly there’s none for sale."
