"Unprofessional (Tanya). No accountability for a mistake, rather try to pass it off like it was another staff member’s fault. Also, was too lazy to look up details when my husband rang and instead laughed condescendingly and said that we have heaps of different Britax seats - rude! . I am a repeat customer that was intending to further spend but will now take my business elsewhere. A simple apology for the mistake would have suffice."
