"I bought beef burrito bowl wit sour crean on 19th aug and when guzman started you used to get good quantity/portion of every item in a bowl. But there was only rice and beans mostly. There was dizzle of sourcream, no salsa and there was no any flavour of salsa which it used to be. There was so less serving of slow cooked beef, which i didn't even feel that much taste of. Maybe my order was late, close to 10pm but still it is a dispointment when you get only beans and rice mostly. It has been fews times."

"A few months prior when i ordered at the speaker for the drive through i forgot to say without beans because i am allergic but asked if i could have it without at the payment window before i paid and was told it was fine. when i got to the collection window one of the younger ladies said to me “we have made it with beans and you asked to late and if we have to remake it it’s a waste for us so we won’t do it”. I then explained and apologised i forgot but said there was an allergy to which she said she didn’t care, absolutely no customer service. Well, today i went and the boy who took my order got it wrong. he didn’t listen when i originally ordered and then i corrected him on it twice and i get to pick up and it was still out through wrong and i paid for a far more expensive meal than what i had ordered, and whose fault is that now? The coffee was made incorrectly, the food was different to what i ordered. and after my previous experience to be made to feel so guilt because of an allergy and then to watch the same girl have to remake the order due to your stuff up, and still no customer service or apology. This whole restaurant needs a review of its customer service to start with. But Unfortunately the girl who told me she didn’t care about my allergy needs to be removed completely, funnily enough when the mistake was on her there was no apology and an eye roll. I would seriously recommend further training and maybe a better attitude for the staff at this restaurant."

"Ordered off the app and used the ‘national avocado day’ promo which suggests I get the guac for free. I’m shocked at the amount I received, and to think I would have paid $2 for it. Portion sizes for all ingredients were minimal besides the lettuce. Very disappointed"

"Where is the rest of the filling? Placed an order through Uber Eats for 3 soft shell taccos, grilled chicken, pulled pork and ground beef. Firstly all three were crammed into a small box. The chicken and pulled pork ones were full with the fillings but the ground beef had nothing in it, like a teaspoon of beef a couple bits of tomato and a few bits of lettuce. I even checked the box and the bag it came in thinking that maybe it had just fallen out but no, that was all they had put in it. Not so happy with the quality and portion of this order."

"I ordered take away two nacho fries with slow cooked beef and ground beef last Friday. However, they forgot to include the slow cooked beef and gound beef in our meal. It has happened many times they usually forget something In my meal. Please be aware and check your meal before taking it in case they forget something."
