"Waited over 30 minutes for a script they said would take 10-15min. When I requested my script to go elsewhere after 30 minutes they had lost it. They kept accepting scripts but filling very few. Total department meltdown with lots of talking and staring at computer screens but totally ineffective. They do not perform under any pressure. Avoid this chemist if you haven't got all day. I will never set foot in there again."
