I’m fairly sure this shop has changed hands and they may be having some teething issues but waiting in store for over 40 minutes for two run of the mill prescriptions is ridiculous during Covid times plus the fact I was never told of a wait to begin with was the icing on the cake - I won’t be going back to this store which is a shame cause it’s the closest to me - streamline your systems and processes or hire more staff to assist customers, taking calls while people are waiting doesn’t help either."
