"Great shop. I Bought 2 x drivers mirrors from this place for my 2005 Mitsubishi 380. 1st mirror was brand new and perfect, 2nd mirror was 2nd hand and was in very good condition. $109 each. Very pleased customer."
"Rhiatech made an error an error and instead of trying to fix the mistake they tried to charge me twice. The manager/owner was grumpy, angry and wouldn't own up the mistake the business made due to an issue with their business processes. I showed him proof of purchase and asked him politely to fix the issue as it had happened on their end. Instead he tried to blame Ebay and made me wait in the waiting room whilst he huffed and puffed and told me he couldn't fix the issue as he did not trust his customers. Eventually he conceded and allowed me to take the part I paid for but he was to stubborn to utter the words himself and had a staff member fix the issue for him. Use this business at your own peril."
"Would not recommend dealing with them, had an engine swap done by them that was riddled with problems. They wanted nothing to do with me after i payed the money. Their service is terrible. Take your car else where would be my advise. As a follow up the their reply none of that was true. I only had the engine replaced once and it is currently still going. There was no issue with the fuel system. However, their workmanship was dodgy. I had to spend over a thousand dollars on repairs after the dodgy install. Had them put a new harmonic balancer in when they did the engine swap, it came loose 6 months later which they admited it wasnt installed correctly. Almost killed the engine. There was no partner, only me. So i have no idea what they are talking about there. And i tried to bring the car back but they told me it would be a month wait so i ended up taking my car elsewhere because i did not trust them. Avoid at all costs"
"Very happy with the prompt and professional service by Mal and his team. I took a suspension part to Mal (which was non mitsubishi).I didn't know if he could help me but i was desperate as I had been told by a few other local services that what i needed couldn't be done. Mal didn't shy away though,he took it out back and and pressed in the new part i needed. Very pleased and saved me a lot of money and stuffing around. Give these guys a go...I'm glad i did. I will be an ongoing return customer and will recommend people to Mits-Fix"
