"Told by Owner Karen Brown nothing wrong with my eyes after I said I have conjunctivitis. They are bloodshot sore, itchy and stuck together in the morning, she then grills me over it tells me it is viral not bacterial then says will clear up soon go away by itself then says to flush with salty water, making no sense at all and denied service and any relief for my eyes. I left then went back and said she was condescending toward me told her she is not a doctor she said sorry I feel that way but!!!!!. I asked for all my scripts I had there and that she would not get another cent from me. This is not the first time she has been like this to me from just asking for treatments and not the first time she has given inaccurate advice either. She denied being condescending then tells me to look after myself as im walking out, der karen I had no choice, you clearly dont care and only care about money how about informing all customers about the amount of commision your making from coercing and jabbing people time and time again"
"We attended the 'Bringing baby home' antenatal education class with registered midwife Asha Ferguson. The class covered a range of topics to help us prepare as first time parents for the arrival of our newborn. This included what to expect after the birth, feeding, bathing, sleep, settling, cord care, skin care, nail care, mum's health and the partner's role. Asha's approach was family-focused, professional and supportive and we left feeling well equipped with lots of information, tips and strategies. Asha is extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience working with children and families. The class was interactive with lots of opportunities to ask questions and included take home information and bag, food and beverages. I highly recommend Asha's classes and the midwifery services and advice she provides at Terry White Arana Hills. We also appreciated the offer of support from Asha for postnatal advice once our baby girl arrives. Thank you Asha and team for providing such a friendly and supportive service for families!"
