With over 800 volunteers operating 13 laundry vans and 3 shower vans, they wash 7.5 tonnes of laundry and provide over 150 showers to our homeless friends in over 100 locations throughout Australia every week. "I've given this place two tries and both experiences were poor. The first time was a couple of years ago, went ok except they were very pushy trying to sell me some multivitamin they had on display. Second was more recently, they gave me some other customer's prescription back with my medicine, and I can only assume the other customer had mine. This would have meant some stranger has my personal details and my medical info. This is probably because of the big chat they were having in the back and so not paying attention to what they were doing. When I went back to get my actual prescription they fixed it but seemed reluctant to even apologise for the mix up."

"If I was giving a review on the lady at the front desk it would be 5 stars. She was absolutely amazing. However this is in regards to the chemist. Thankfully my husband realised as we walked out and so he went back in to check. The pharmacist had given us both a 250mg instead of a 400mg without telling us she didn't have anymore of the 400mg. When questioned if we were meant to have the 400mg not the 250mg was it then mentioned to us that she didn't have anymore of the 400mg. We were more than happy to pay what ever the cost of the medication was. But after going to another chemist as they didn't have what we needed the price difference was a bit of a shock also. $16 each for the 250mg But at another chemist for the 400mg it was $8.50 each. We will never go back there due to the fact that she swapped out the dosage without informing us."
