"You could imagine my disgust that McDonalds Cleveland couldn’t even have the smallest courtesy to remake my meal that I waited an hour and a half to be delivered via DoorDash, with the time stamp on the food docket clearly showing 5:32am. I received it 6:56am. Clear breach of your food safety licence & the food went straight into the bin. Didn’t even answer the phone when I called, I got my refund through DoorDash after having to haggle the online agent. I am clearly aware that McDonalds is not at fault for the delivery time, however it is just common decency to know that a bag of food has been sitting there for over an hour & a half and to offer remaking it. I am absolutely disgusted in your food quality & general lack of care for your customers."

"Have just had the worse service of food from this Mac Donald’s ever never before have I ever received such poor food and gotten our whole order wrong The young girl was great who took our order she explained back what I had ordered But we didn’t get the correct burgers in a our family large pack we got burgers we didn’t order the chips weren’t even cook properly and cold I think we actually got someone else’s order when we got home normally I check it but I will not be going back to this Mac Donald’s again Would hope that the other person complains too Have been trying to call the store and can not get through Very very disappointed I could even see the young blonde girl in the drive through window was stressing because of all the cars that were in the drive through Where are the management team helping these young people get through dinner rush"
