Having previously owned and operated Lots Of Fins Aquarium, one of Melbourne's largest and most popular aquarium stores, Paul brings his expertise and love for marine life to Aquarium Cafe Driftwood.
In addition to his dedication to the cafe, Paul also travels the world to rescue orphans, feed the poor, and bring love and care through his music as a singer-songwriter. A portion of the profits from Lots Of Fins Aquarium and Aquarium Cafe Driftwood go towards supporting these noble causes.

"A lot of very heavy Christian imagery. Which is fine if you're into that kinda thing. Just felt like a lot for a fish store. The tanks looked awesome and the prices were really good. "This cafe is hidden inside an aquarium shop. It's quirky and the fish are fascinating and beautiful to look at. All the workers are friendly and eager to help. However, if you'd like anything from the cafe, you have to time it right as they only have one worker who can operate the cafe. I've been a few random times throughout the week and it doesn't seem to be open at all. There was one lovely lady who was very kind and was determined to get my drink order even though she hadn't been trained. 5 stars for her!"
