"I go there 3 times a week , so I’m a regular customer , today service was really bad and so disappointing, orders chips and they gave me old chips that’s been re- fried . asked for new ones but they refuse . grilled I’m so ashamed of how you dealt with the situation knowing I come there often and never had an issue with the food and service. They could easily just replace new chips , but nope ! Won’t be going there anymore"
"I never had an issue with the food but today it was really bad. 3 out 4 the things we got were bad. My waggu burger, the beef patties, were burnt on the surface that you can taste it. They brought the onion rings cold, and they didn't look fresh either apart from 2 pieces. And lastly, in the salad, they forgot the tomatoes and wasn't that great either. Only the chicken burger was decent. I would prioritise the Grilled in Casey centre."
