"Do not apply for accommodation and this bed bug infested property. My son (and others at the accomodation) have been dealing with bed bugs eating him alive since arriving over 8 weeks ago. Can't even stay at his accommodation that they continue to charge for but not fix. Can't spend one night there without his sheets being covered on blood from being bitten. Sprayed but wont remove matress that is infested. Dirty and disgusting accommodation. Took 6 weeks to even get a key to his apartment, took 8 weeks for air-conditioning to be fixed. The verandah floods into unit every time it rains and office people are scumbags."

"I moved out of this place months ago. After moving out, it took them over 4 weeks to provide a bond refund. I had to continuously chase it up and would always be faced with excuses of how “busy” the office was or false promises of it being transacted when it had not. We had a verbal agreement on the sum of refund and even have texts following up our conversation with our agreement. It got to the point where I had to go into the office to ask for a refund because they simply were not following up with their words. This was when I was faced with the most hostile and absurd behaviour from the office management. They changed their words and denied me of the sum of refund money we agreed on. To top it off, they were extremely rude and pushed me out of the office. Before I handed over the keys, I ensured the unit and common area were throughly cleaned with my housemates. Mind you when I moved in, the place was a mess. Everything was dusty, old and broken. I would strongly advise against moving into this accommodation even if for a temporary stay. It is detrimental to your mental and physical well-being. Additionally, they would deduct your bond money even if you played your part and clean the atrocious mess of a place it is. It is beyond salvageable as it is an old building with cracks and moulds in almost every unit. The new management is not any better than the old. Stay away! Very disappointing. I am glad I moved out of this place."
