"Uniresorts is the best place to live if your looking for an affordable and well-placed location to live in. As it is super close to both Griffith University and Garden City, it is an ideal place for me to live for study and for daily life (as i don't have a car of my own). I have been living at Uniresorts for a total of 1 year now, and both the staff and the management have been extraordinary! When the pandemic first hit, I was hit with the loss of my job and therefore the loss of my finacial capabilities. Uniresorts made it a lot easier for me to leave due to fianancial difficultites; and they even let me move back in to my original room when the restrictions were lifted! Recently, while living at in an uniresorts apartment; there were issues with a new roommate who had just moved into my apartment (this roommate broke many tenant rules). I and my roommates asked for help on this matter to Uniresorts Staff; in which they responded quickly and assisted us greatly in handling the situation. Uniresorts Staff have been nothing but accommodating! Staff are lovely and great to chat to! Overall, Uniresorts is an ideal place for any and all students to come and enjoy their many amenities, chill with friends and to study/live at. 10/10 would recommend."

"The place is nice and quiet, ideal for studying. It also has quite good accessibility to quite a wide variety of shops nearby. The pool is more suitable for pool parties than actual swim practice, but that does not bother me too much. 200 GB a month is actually a rather fair allocation, considering that I actually needed to be downloading a lot to even go over that allocation. As for room cleanliness, it is really down to how clean the tenants keep it, as the public areas are professionally cleaned, but personal areas such as kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms are only as clean as the tenant keeps it."
