"The apartment I had was fantastic. Very modern and stylish. One thing I think could be improved is the communication. The bond will be refunded but they don't explain how it works. The entrance when you arrive is confusing because there are 2 towers that share the same entrance. It was an absolute bargain at $450 for 3 nights. However I felt anxious after because I thought they were going to rip me off with the bond. They repayed the bond but it was actually the bond amount was deleted, not fefunded. I wish they would explain that to people . Dangerous area late at night. Beautiful apartment"

"The room was great amazing views. But the best thing about this place was the service from the employees. Special thanks to Angela her service was amazing. Her hospitality was impeccable. The excellence she carries and how welcoming she was made the experience here even greater! Give Angela a raise!!!"

"If you want to listen to jack hammering all day from 7 am then stay here. No mention of construction noise until it is too late to cancel or change plans. Paint smell, not very clean, one key for 3 people, no response when called customer service (just a we will look into it), no fridge light, no light bulb in lamp, no confirmation of where to park. Overall very disappointing. No more Clix for us!"

"I am not the one to usually write reviews however staying at this apartment wasn't the best experience. Finding the reception area was confusing, our Wi-Fi wasn't working and the bed split down the middle causing my partner to fall down the middle mid sleep. It has been 2 weeks since we stayed at this apartment and I still haven't received my bond money. The lady I spoke to on the phone advised my payment was meant to be in my account within 48 hours after I check out. I have never had to call any hotels or apartments I have stayed at to chase up my bond. I am not entirely happy. Location was fantastic as it was close to everything but other than that will not be staying at this place again."

"I would not stay here again. The people at reception were lovely but the walk way on floor 20 absolutely stunk of sour milk or vomit and then our room also stunk of something. We had to buy scented candles and room spray to tolerate the smell. The room itself was dirty. I had to wipe the bench clean as it had built up grime on it and also had smashed glass in the dish washer from a previous person. Also there was blood, urine and some other stains on the blanket. I discovered this when i was about to strip the bed to be helpful. Wish i hadn't. We stay at one of your sister hotels on hope street and they are absolutely beautiful so this is why we tried fortitude valley. Not a good move. The room and our floor need a good clean. I also found an old dirty towel thrown on the top of the cupboard in the walkin wardrobe. Couldn't say how long it had been there for."
