"It pains me to even give one star. Owners and Tenants - Steer clear. These jokers took over a reputable company "Beyond Property Management" who were the agents when we took on our lease. As soon as RMA took over there was a degradation of service. Unanswered emails, nobody picking up the telephone. Then when it came down to terminating the lease, they agree in writing but when it comes close to moving out, deny all knowledge of any early vacate. Basically resorting to gaslighting even though the evidence clearly stated acceptance of our vacate date. That evidence was instrumental for the subsequent QCAT hearing, which came after Jude's attempt to bully me into paying for 8 weeks rent by stating that QCAT would definitely rule in their favour and the "Law was on their side". Turns out, QCAT were satisfied with my evidence provided (RMA didn't bother to show up) and the full bond has been refunded - turns out RMA know very little about the law. If you have the misfortune of being stuck with these, then make sure you keep all evidence. Any phone call logs - screenshot them. Follow up any phone conversations by email, outlining the conversation. One more thing.... tenants and owners alike - may want to question why there is so much paperwork left laying around in an unlocked cabinet in the Aspley office - and what sort of sensitive information may be contained within - see photo :)"

"Bunch of crooks, Since RMA took over from the last real estate company, it was just problems after problems. Rent was never paid on time, took money for repairs but can't provide receipts And nobody ever in that office bothers to return your emails , phone calls and text message. If you love your investment property, stay clear of these people"

"I recommend you read the reviews before engaging this company. I wish I had. No communication. The property was left empty when one tenant moved out and they had not arranged anyone to move in, so they had to get someone very quickly. It was only because I asked where the new tenant agreement was, that they even noticed they didn’t have one. One property had very obvious maintenance needs but it never appeared on an inspection report. They didn’t pay the rates which put me a couple of thousand dollars behind. Then when I sorted that, the very next notice came to me as overdue, so they didn’t pay that either. I have never had a response from the alleged property manager. I am trying to change management and the new management cannot get a response from them either. It’s a mess. Jude is their only saving grace but she is really let down by the people around her and she cannot do it all herself. Be warned. Read the comments..Look elsewhere."
