"Coins: Toilets inside a shared room is a big no for me, super noisy.. lacks cleaning and I don’t like the fact that the sheets are dark blue not white, can’t really see if it’s clean or not. Bunk beds should have curtains for privacy. Pros: Reception was friendly and it’s very well located."

"giving 5 star only at Location benefit. giving 3 star at service, most staffs are nice, but the others are not just annoying also rude. as the most budget hostel before, not too bad. could see a few cockroaches in your room and shower even in a pot in the kitchen. but since they raise its price lately, not longer worthy of staying there. go better find your own place or other hostels which is more clean, tidy and has nicer staffs. too strict about kitchen rule. I know a few people steal cutlery and some kitchen stuff and not do their dishes. there might seem no choice but make rule more strict for them. pls find another way. also, being strict doens't mean you can act like prison officer, BBR! also, pls do not blame everything about kitchen on the others, you could also make mistake, just say sorry pls.(not gonna explain what happened here) would like you to consider what I've said above and think about what people wants and how to care them."

"It was a good stay for one night. I had to go into a bunk dorm room, but it was ok. For $63 booked through Agoda, can't complain. And also the receptionist Lady there, that helped me over the phone, she was the best to deal with, excellent service."

"Brilliant staff, fantastic cooking, relaxing facilities with a small caged area for a variety of ball games... Table tennis and pool also available... Rooms were ok, some people in the rooms were not very considerate. Overall a very decent hostel that I would recommend for this area and Brisbane as a whole"

"Awful stay and experience. Customer service needs improvement. Answer to your below reply- You guys organized the Christmas lunch, in the open area. The birds were flying all over and coming to me for food so fed them and one of your staff came in and help my plate and said don't feed the birds they are annoying. When I reported that guests are cutting me off while I am walking on way way. The staff said they would look on the camera and I thank them for it. If you would not look after the safety of guests while they are staying there who else would? I would not expect such answer coming but I would expect it to be more polite and helpful but no you are recommending me to have a private room and stay in it and don't walk around the hostel if I come over which I will not. Even though there was a sign saying to be quite after 10pm but certain because of staffs being ignorant. Guests were out and were loud at night after 10 pm but I believe the staffs did not hear that even though it was coming through the shut door of dorm room. Pathetic services"
