"Highly recommend a stay here. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot. Spotless accommodation. Breakfast was a bonus, with our booking. We had a lovely big plate of fresh fruit and fresh boiled eggs. Stayed here a few weeks ago, not a planned visit, and really just needed an overnight stopover on the way to melb. Would have loved another couple of days. Thanks for a great stay."
"such a lovely & beautiful place to stay! we stayed in the train carriage and wish we could live there forever. kitchen was full of everything you could need and made us feel right at home. loved having a walk around with keith and hearing about the history of the place and all the effort that’s been put in over the years to make it what it is today. unavoidable feeling of relaxation, so serene and comfortable especially while having a little walk around through the trees. you can feel how personal and homely it is & how proud and involved everyone who contribute to the space are. ended our stay by planting a tree with him, can’t think of a better way to say goodbye to the area and we can’t wait to come back!"
"Greeted by Sally, who orientated us to the property and made us feel so welcome. The owner, Keith, helped us make the most of our visits by outlining the best hikes & attractions not to miss. His knowledge made sure we enjoyed so much of what the Glass House Mountains have to offer. The cottage accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean & well appointed (especially for self catering). The grounds are beautiful. You can walk to 3 good hikes from the property. The outlook is amazing. The produce I purchased is delicious ... still enjoying it."
"We will definitely be back! We had a very relaxing and recharging long weekend away with our two young children (4 and 7). We stayed in the family suite which was very clean and comfortable for all of us, the queen bed was great and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. The room itself while on the smaller side (not that it mattered) opened out to a great covered space with lots of seating and tables as well as lawns and forest views. And just around the corner was the dining carriage and deck with even more tables and space to spread out and relax. The carriage kitchen is extremely well equipped and there is plenty of fridge space so we had no trouble preparing most of our meals there. The kids also liked the novelty of playing and eating in there. There's lots to explore on the grounds and Keith was fantastic. He gave us some great ideas of things to do in the area and our kids really loved him. The WiFi connection was great as well. It was nice to get away and be 'unplugged' for a few days and we will be back!"
