"Poor customer service, delivery person placed the food on the ground without knocking the door. We’ve got ants all over the food and when I call the store, they basically told me that they have knocked on the door but I was in the lounge room and did not hear a single knocked on the door. They’re basically saying I’m deaf and I can’t know what knock sounds like. Goodna Pizza Hut is the worst honestly"

"I had the wrong order delivered to me tonight. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of pizza hut in Goodna to correct my order. End up having to drive out there because it seems they don’t like to answer the phone. I explained to the white, tall, young, dark, hair girl that was apparently manager tonight obviously annoyed by 1. I couldn’t get through to them to correct my order 2. them getting my order wrong in the first place and 3. the inconvenience of me having to drive out there. I get mistakes are made but she wasn’t empathetic or apologetic at all. She couldn’t offer me a discount or something free of charge for them inconveniently getting my order wrong and having to wait extra on top of all of that. They are usually pretty good, but tonights service from them/her was pathetic to say the least. Do better pizza hut Goodna."

"So disappointing I always order from this store, at least twice a week. But would9 If I can give no star I would. But would not go here again. I placed an order online and 50mins gone past still haven’t heard anything back. So rang the store and the lady I spoke to hung up on me. Because I asked to come collect my order and I want a refund of the difference since I’ll be picking up my order. So drove to the store and told her off for being so rude. Off course she refused to give me my order. She said she has the right to refuse my order when I already paid for. Because of the way I speak to her, when she was the one who hung up on me. I said that’s not how to treat customer, you don’t just hung up on people when asked to get a difference when I paid for delivery, but I’m already in store to collect my order. Then she apologised saying they being so busy. So again I waited for a long time for my order to be ready. And the bloody reason it took so long to make orders, is because this so call manager of the store was standing around talking to another customer that looked like her friend. The friend didn’t come in store to order anything. She came to have a good chat with the manager of the store. I’ve never had a problem with this store, but this is enough for me not to ever order from here again."

"There’s a shady gentleman that works there. Don’t know his name because he refused to provide his name when asked - dark skinned with long beard. Order was placed online and paid for with 1115 pickup. I walked in and he said he doesn’t have my order - could see it sitting there with my name clearly on the receipt which I pointed out. I had to ask him pls confirm to me this is Pizza Hut Goodna and he confirmed same. I had to show him in the app that it said it’s ready for pickup - he now agreed he has my order and I was happy because we are getting somewhere now but then he says it’s $48 (mind you actual price of my order was $36.96) - how would you like to pay. Hello, it’s an online order that is already paid for - and he kept telling me - no it’s not paid for. I had to again show him the order details and Apple Pay confirmation and next thing he said well if you insist you are not paying I will report it to the police whilst handing me the pizza and also grabbed my two drinks from the fridge and gave to me. I asked if he would like to walk out and talk to the police officers standing outside about it but he walked off saying he is too busy and have no time for that. Asked for his name but obviously he declined to provide that saying “it’s private”. Dude, you work in a pizza shop and should have a name tag or identify yourself to your customers and stop trying to rip people off bro."

"Been a Pizza Hut Goodna customer over 6mths now and every order my family have placed have been top quality on delivery and takeaway. Well done to the managers of the store who I have seen supporting the team especially on busy nights like origin. Even greeting customers and delivery drivers offering a cool drink if waiting too long."
