Domino's Pizza Hatton Vale

"Ordered pizza for delivery at 7:10pm According to pizza tracker our pizzas were ready in store for over 45mins before being delivered at 9pm, pizzas cold and garlic scrolls pitiful. Dominos excuse was being short staffed and asked if I knew anyone looking for a delivery job... is this some sort of joke? Why does my family have to accept a poor quality of meal because they do not have the staff to run a business offering a delivery service. Very badly done Dominos. Will not order from you again."

"Please some help me understand. We ordered a thin and crispy gourmet pizza from you guys a couple of weeks. There was nothing crispy about it it had obviously been driven around Lockyer Valley for quite a long time, as it got to us soggy and inedible. We complained and got a voucher for a free pizza, great We were ecstatic. Today we decided to order that pizza only to find out we have to order a basic pizza which doesn't come into the free delivery, so now we have to spend more money to get it delivered or drive down and pick it up. Should we not get the delivery we originally ordered and free delivery, it wasn't us that stuffed the order up, so why are we paying for your stuff ups."

"spent 3 hours trying to get a dominos deal to work it didn't - 33 dollar deal trying to charge me 50 plus dollars. Ended up getting a normal order but noticed 30 mins prior to delivery that it stated pick up. I contacted dominos Hatton Vale to check the delivery status, they said pick up. I asked if there was an option to deliver or cancel? After several minutes on the phone waiting and then being hung up on, I called back and they said order was cancelled and you would have a refund within 5 days (no option to have it delivered) . I have had bad experiences with this company before but decided to give it another go after a year or so hoping things had changed. No. Hopefully the Lockyer valley will one day have a decent reliable pizza store that not only provides quality food but service for the people. Never buying from this mass produced overpriced juggernaut again. Ps stop sending me fake promotional emails"

"Ordered pizza on a Monday night at 6:40pm. ETA was 7:30pm. Called them at 7:45 to see progress. Pizza wasn’t even made yet. Pizza finally arrived at 8:20pm. We greeted the delivery driver, he communicated in grunts and clearly didn’t want to be working. Garlic bread was the worst we have ever had."

"Domino's pizza Hatton Vale - definately don't recommend this local business as the quality of their food and customer service is very inconsistent and unbelievably terrible... Last encounter was burnt n cold pizzas delivered that we fed to our dogs (around $50 worth) we informed them about what had happened, with pics and was offered 1 free pizza* *subject to conditions... you're kidding me rite... Go elsewhere and save the pain of dealing with this business..."
