"I purchased a few items from these guys last( an Oliveri toilet, a Franke kitchen mixer , Franke laundry sink, Franke pullout bin and some other stuff. Laundry sink came with wrong hardware and had to make two trips to fix that. Bin turned out to be fake. Now i can say with confidence that the Oliveri toilet and Franke mixer are also either fake or the reason they ended up in that store is because they have inherent design flaws and defects. The toilet keeps clogging for no reason and every once in while won’t flush. The mixer pull is stuck and takes bit of pull to open which makes water spill everywhere. Also the finish has started to peel which is very unlikely with genuine Franke .Clearly this shop is a place where quality control has no place and they sell anything without making sure whether it works or not or whether they are genuine."
