I could hear everything that was being discussed between clients and lawyers, crystal clear, both from the reception and from the office next door. I also had to follow up a few times to get an update on the progression of my will (I went weeks without hearing from anyone after paying upfront). There’s a few other things but I’ll leave it at that."
