"Incorrect Advice given. Some, quite a lot of very important advice given by Anna Araneta and others was totally the opposite to the reality. My advice is to stay well clear. They also failed to provide detailed invoices, my new lawyers are far less rude, blunt and show a great deal more interest and understanding in my case than Denise Dwyer. In fact despite my repeated requests they have failed to supply me with a detailed invoice. I have asked 3 times. All they provided is money paid and money spent by them on my behalf (bulk amounts with no reference as to what is was for) My new lawyers provide a detailed invoice showing every call, taken or made, it's duration and with whom, every email sent and read etc. All this company does is provide an invoice ($5,000.00 paid $7,000.00 spent) please pay X amount into our trust account. They must have the details of each call, email etc otherwise how do they provide a bill for their clients. Do they have something to hide??? I recall and still have a copies off receiving 3 emails from Anna within a 6.30 minute period. I emailed her back saying "please don't send me 3 emails when all the subjects could be sent in 1 email). Don't touch this company with a barge pole is my VERY FIRM advice. Comparing my new lawyer with Denise Dwyer I have found them to be far better and MUCH MUCH less expensive than Denise Dwyer. My reply to your response is Why would I send 4 email requesting detailed invoices if I already had them? In relation to your comment I was "shopping for lawyers" Well when a lawyer? gives you advice which is totally wrong what else would you suggest I do? In relation to "the Barrage of emails"you refer to I can only suggest that it was the 4 emails I sent requesting an itemised account so as to pay you. It would be foolish to send a barrage of emails when I am paying for each one sent. You gave me TOTALLY INCORRECT advice, I am seeking advice as to whether I should take action against your firm for providing totally wrong advice and in what form that action should be compiled of."
