"I received an online order today that had a minor issue - they were a limited edition pair missing an item that came with the boots. The solution offered by customer service was to return them and get a refund or exchange them. Normally I would done that but in this case felt it was a bit of a hassle. So I headed into the Melb Central store and whilst I was not able to exchange them they did have a pair that had been returned and gave me the item that was missing from my order saving me a lot of hassle."
