At our clinic, we prioritize the health and safety of our patients. All visitors are required to wear face masks, and if you have flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you call ahead so that we can prepare for your arrival.

Vaccination is an effective way to protect yourself from serious diseases caused by influenza. We offer both private and public (government-funded) vaccinations for adults and children. There may be an out-of-pocket cost for private vaccinations, while public vaccinations are free for eligible patients. We have vaccines in stock for patients with chronic health conditions, seniors over 65 years, and children under 5 years.

Our clinic is open six days a week and provides off-street car parking for your convenience. Wheelchair access is available, and we have an onsite treatment room for immunizations and wound care. Standard consultations are 15 minutes long, but if you require a longer appointment, please contact our clinic to discuss your needs.

In addition to our general medical services, our team of doctors has expertise in various areas, including general medicine, men's and women's health, children's health, family planning, aged care, and chronic disease management. Dr. Heather Chalmers specializes in lactation, while Dr. Tereza Rada provides shared antenatal care. Our other doctors, Dr. Smyth, Dr. Wardlaw, and Dr. Yaylaian, work closely with several aged care facilities.

For after-hours medical attention, please contact our nominated after-hours service, the National Home Doctor Service, at 13 SICK (13 74 25). If you require urgent medical attention, please call 000 or visit the nearest emergency department.

Our team of doctors is highly experienced and dedicated to providing quality care. Dr. Heather Chalmers has 30 years of experience in general practice and is also a lactation consultant. Dr. Rosemary Yaylaian joined our clinic in 2016 and graduated from Egypt in 2005. Dr. Tereza Rada enjoys caring for whole families and is registered for shared care of pregnant women at Box Hill Hospital and Mercy Women's Hospital. Dr. Huang, who graduated from the University of Melbourne, has been practicing in Doncaster for over 20 years and has a special interest in pediatrics, travel medicine, and minor surgical procedures.

We are proud to have Dr. Charmaine Trewarn as part of our team, with over 10 years of experience in caring for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Outside of work, our doctors lead fulfilling lives. Dr. Huang enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and helping his elderly parents. Dr. Rada loves bike riding, camping, playing board games, and being a Scout Leader. Dr. Chalmers is an avid reader, gardener, and enjoys spending time with her family. Dr. Trewarn is a busy mom, often running around with her two school-aged children.
