"Had a great experience with Dr Rada today. Receptionist's were also great being straight to the point and efficient."
"The Practice is one of the most professional Medical Practice I've attended over many, many years. Sometimes reception can appear "short" but I put that down to the stress & pressures they work in getting their job done. Thanks guys!!!!"
"Pretty much what others have said. My mum sees Dr Rada. She is great. My father who is 80, would like to see a male doctor. The receptionist stated since Dr Smyth has retired and the other male Dr is not accepting new patients (although my dad had previously seen this other dr), his only option is to see one of the 2 female doctors or 'go to another clinic'."
"The one star review is not for the Doctors or the Practice - it is for an older receptionist who has been consistently rude both to my Mother and myself for the past two years. Today I entered the clinic wearing a mask that fully covered my face, as I have always done when visiting this clinic. I lowered my mask for a split second and this receptionist loudly and rudely snapped at me in front of the entire waiting room "put your mask back on!". After my appointment when she was taking payment, she was abrupt, dismissive and cold, and continued to have a social conversation with her colleague while serving me. Her phone matter is always extremely unpleasant and if there was a way to book online I would just so I could avoid speaking to her. Personally I believe this receptionist's tone and behaviour towards my Mother and I is racially motivated. Shortly after I entered the clinic, a patient of Caucasian background came in drinking a coffee and was not wearing a mask. This patient was greeted with a very different (positive and respectful) tone. I have worked in reception and various customer facing roles for over 15 years, this lady is consistently rude, disrespectful, abrupt and completely unprofessional. I am surprised that a medical clinic in a suburb such as Templestowe has employed such a person. If she is unable to be professional and courteous, especially in an environment where there are unwell and sick people, perhaps this is not the best role for her. I was very unwell when I came to the clinic today, I left the clinic feeling worse due to her unacceptable behaviour. I will make a formal complaint to the Practice Manager."
"I attended this clinic for the first time last Friday and was greeted by the rudest receptionist. Being a severe asthmatic, I have an exemption and do not have to wear a face mask as I struggle to breathe at the best of times. Not allowing me any time to show her my exemption, she demanded I wait outside. In saying this, to prevent any issues, I do wear one to avoid instances like this, so I had one on - just not covering my nose. The receptionist needs an attitude adjustment, noone wants to go and see a doctor. Everyone understands your considered a front line worker and would be under a lot of stress but there is no excuse for the way I was spoken to. It's on the news every single day about respecting everyone, front line works especially but patients and clients are also included. Really disappointing!!!!"
