"Been attending this MC for more than 10 years now. They have always been there for my family and I when we needed help. Always courteous. The key thing people miss is over the many many years is that the staff and Drs have stayed the same. "I paid to be refered a doctor. The doctor they referred me to charged me and I did not get the service. I tried to follow up with the medical centre and they advised me I would be charged again for the same service again!!! I advised the lady who answered the callwhy would I need to pay for a service I have already paid for. She proceeded to get my details and that was that. 40 minutes later the owner James who is the practice manager called asking me why I was rude to his staff!! You will noti One- I wasn't rude but two, yes, I was definitely frustrated about being charged a service I had already paid for!! I find his behaviour unnecessary when all I was asking from them was to get the service I paid for."
