"Do not let your Doctor refer you here. It’s basically a factory with a ‘production line’. My scheduled procedure was for 10:45am. Finally got in to see Doctor at around 12:10pm and anaesthetist at 12:30pm. In surgery by about 12:45 - two hours after scheduled appointment which is not a pleasant experience, sitting in an ugly reception area, already anxious and not having eaten for 36 hours. Worst experience ever! The anaesthetist and nurses were lovely but that’s about the only good thing I could say about this ‘joint’"

"The young lady behind the counter was lovely and friendly. The member doing my procedure was mostly friendly. The anethesist left a lot to be desired and to be honest wasn't competent in his job, hopefully I never have to deal with him again. As others have said it feels like a production line and there is no information forthcoming after the procedure. Don't even bother trying to call them by phone as its worse than trying to contact telstra! If it wasn't for the young lady behind the counter it'd be one star"

"Booking an appointment over the phone is a nightmare. Many hours wasted attempting to get through. Spent 4 hours attempting to confirm the appointment a week later and in the end had to,physically drive there and confirm. Time to invest in some technology I think. The toilet is grotty as is the floor in the clinic, it needs a good clean! They knew they were several hours behind in their appointments and I would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know. Instead I sat there until almost 3pm, having not eaten that day. Medical staff were lovely. Didn’t feel that patient comfort and convenience was considered as important as profits."
